The forces of Operation: FAR STORM face off against a chaefka on Installation 00, sent by the Ark's monitor 000 Tragic Solitude to try and stop them, March 2555.
SUMMARY
Operation: FAR STORM was a joint UNSC and Swords of Sanghelios mission to reactivate the Portal at Voi and travel back to Installation 00 after discovering the Halo array was counting down to activation in March 2555. A team of humans and Sangheili traveled to the Ark to investigate, only to discover that the installation's monitor, 000 Tragic Solitude, had activated the timer on purpose to encourage humans to reactivate the portal. When the portal was opened, the monitor began sending sentinels back to Earth in an effort to recover the raw materials needed to rebuild the Ark and to get revenge on humanity for the damage done to the installation. While sentinels kept being sent back to Earth, the human and Sangheili forces assigned to Operation: FAR STORM traveled through the portal to the Ark and began infiltrating the Citadel to stop the Halo array countdown and the monitor's attack. Despite facing heavy resistance from the wildlife on the Ark, the team managed to fight into the facility and stop 000 Tragic Solitude, discovering the last survivor from the UNSC Rubicon's Return to Installation 00 a year prior.
